My therapy practice
Through life, we can all experience difficulties that can lead us to feel stuck, overwhelmed or lost. I can work with you to help you face these challenging life circumstances, enabling you to feel stronger, better able to cope, whilst moving towards the future you want.

You might find yourself grappling with a past experience that’s been hard to process, or perhaps you’re at a crossroads, uncertain about your next steps. You could be seeking deeper self-awareness and trying to understand patterns in your behaviour that aren’t always clear. Whatever you wish to explore or share, having a regular space to do so can be incredibly beneficial and healing.

I provide a confidential, non-judgmental and supportive space to explore these difficulties and find a route through. I will work actively with you, rather than just sitting back and listening. Ultimately, my aim is to help you develop your own inner therapist.
How I work
As an integrative therapist, I combine different theories and models to suit you.
The foundation of my practice is always person-centred, this means the client’s needs are always at the heart of my practice. I also frequently utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) principles. I may also lean on Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Psychodynamic Theory. If suitable, I can bring coaching into our work, to map a route to your desired future.

My training in both Psychotherapy and Coaching enables a focus on deep psychological change, with the ability to work in a practical and solution-focused way with my clients.
